🚅Transportation Guide:
Plane: Direct flights to Huanglong Airport, 2 hours from Jiuzhaigou Valley (Huanglong has a high altitude and is prone to altitude sickness).
Self-driving: It is 400 kilometers from Chengdu to Jiuzhaigou, which takes about 8 hours and has many bends. It is not recommended for first-timers.
High-speed Rail: The Sichuan-Qinghai Railway has currently opened to Zhenjiangguan. Taking a high-speed train is half as long as driving and recommended.
1. Chengdu East-Zhenjiangguan Station, 3 trains per day, 90 minutes to Zhenjiangguan, and then a free shuttle bus to Songzhou Bus Station, which takes about 50 minutes.
2. Songzhou Bus Station to Jiuzhaigou has 3 buses a day, which takes about 2 hours.

🧣Dress Guide:
The altitude of Jiuzhaigou is relatively high, the climate is changeable, and there is a large temperature difference between day and night. When traveling, you should have enough warm clothes. It is best to bring a waterproof jacket. In addition, ultraviolet rays are strong on the plateau, so you need to prepare sunscreen in summer.
🥘Food Guide:
There is a restaurant at Nuo Ri Lang Center where you can choose boxed lunches for 25-30 yuan or buffets.
If you bring your own food, it is recommended to bring self-heating rice. Instant noodles cost about 10-15 yuan per bucket of hot water from a street vendor.
⚠️Travel Tips:
- The altitude of Jiuzhaigou is not too high, and altitude sickness is generally not a problem. If you feel unwell, there are free oxygen stations in the scenic area.

- Jiuzhaigou is in a "Y" shape, and you can take the shuttle bus to tour from top to bottom.

- Jiuzhaigou is a large scenic area, and you do not need to take pictures at every attraction, or you will be tired. You can choose some essential scenic spots to visit.

- There is only one restaurant at Nuo Ri Lang Center, and it is the only smoking area in the scenic area. There is also a buffet for lunch here.
